Qinglan Global is a multi-seller marketplace. Items are sold by independent sellers (or by Qinglan Global itself), who are responsible for item quality, accurate descriptions and shipping. The platform provides the ordering service, processes payments, and mediates after-sales disputes. Each product page shows who sells it.
3. Your account
Please register with true and valid information and keep your sign-in methods safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours. Contact us promptly if you notice anything unusual.
4. Orders
An order is placed once you submit it and payment succeeds. If an item is out of stock, clearly mispriced, or the order is at risk, the seller or the platform may cancel it with a full refund.
5. Prices, currencies and taxes
Prices are set by sellers in their currency. Amounts shown in other currencies are converted for reference; the amount you pay is the one shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
6. Import duties

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not the seller of items sold by sellers, but will help you with after-sales under these terms and the Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights in your country.
